It has a high fat content and marbling, with a soft and buttery texture and sweet, intense flavor. Akami is taken from the back of the fish. It has a low fat content and a firm and crisp texture with a lightly sweet and fresh taste.</p>
<h2>HANDLING</h2>
<ol>
<li>Store in 32 &#8211; 39 degree refrigeration. Product will take about 12 hours to defrost.</li>
<li>Then remove product from cryovac bag and pat dry.</li>
<li>Place wrapped product in an airtight container in the coldest part of your fridge.</li>
<li>Consume within two days of defrosting and removing from cryovac bag.</li>
<li><strong>DO NOT REFREEZE YOUR PRODUCT.</strong></li>
