HANDLING
- Store in 32 – 39 degree refrigeration. Product will take about 12 hours to defrost.
- Then remove product from cryovac bag and pat dry.
- Place wrapped product in an airtight container in the coldest part of your fridge.
- Consume within two days of defrosting and removing from cryovac bag.
- DO NOT REFREEZE YOUR PRODUCT.
