SOUTHERN BLUEFIN TUNA
Sourced from the great Southern Ocean, it is harvested in its prime to ensure it is healthy and tender. Available in Otoro cut and Akami cut.
CHILEAN SEA BASS
Procured from frigid Subantarctic waters, this deep-water white fish is known for its large, flakey texture and mild flavor.
ICELANDIC SALMON
This flavorful, tender and buttery pink fish is delicious thanks to its robust genes developed in the pure waters of the fjords in Eastern and Western Iceland.
NORWEGIAN HALIBUT
Our Norwegian Halibut thrives in cold, crystal clear seawater pumped from deep in the Sognefjord. It is known for its snow white color, firm texture and delicate clean flavor.
